Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to support our daily warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values organization, and takes pride in maintaining high standards in product handling and shipping.
Key Responsibilities
– Receiving, unloading, and inspecting incoming shipments
– Picking, packing, and preparing orders for delivery across Canada
– Ensuring acoustic panels and accessories are handled and stored properly
– Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
– Assisting with inventory counts and stock organization
– Supporting loading and unloading of delivery vehicles
– Reporting damaged goods or discrepancies to the warehouse manager
Requirements
– Previous warehouse or logistics experience is an asset
– Ability to lift and move panels and boxes safely
– Strong attention to detail and care for premium products
– Good time management and reliability
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Forklift experience is an asset (training can be provided)

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our presence in the Vancouver market. This role focuses on building long-term relationships with trade professionals while expanding WoodEco’s reach in the architectural and design community.
Key Responsibilities
– Develop and manage relationships with designers, architects, builders, and contractors
– Promote acoustic wall panels and WPC products for residential and commercial projects
– Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
– Provide product guidance, samples, and technical support to clients
– Prepare quotes, follow up on leads, and close sales
– Represent WoodEco at industry events, showrooms, and client meetings
– Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support customer needs
Requirements
– Proven experience in sales, preferably in building materials, interior design, or construction
– Strong communication and relationship-building skills
– Knowledge of architectural finishes, wall panels, or acoustic solutions is a strong asset
– Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
– Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally

Requirements
