These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase, issuance, and use of WoodEco Digital Gift Cards. By purchasing or using a WoodEco Gift Card, you agree to these terms.

1. Issuer

WoodEco Gift Cards are issued by:
WoodEco Ltd.
Acheson, Alberta, Canada

2. Nature of the Gift Card

WoodEco Gift Cards are digital gift certificates issued in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

Gift cards:

• may be applied toward eligible purchases from WoodEco Ltd. (online at www.woodeco.ca or via direct invoicing), and
• are not a credit card, debit card, or bank account, and do not accrue interest.

3. Redemption & Use

WoodEco Gift Cards may be redeemed toward any WoodEco product that is available for sale at the time of redemption, including panels, trims, and accessories, subject to WoodEco’s product-eligibility rules.

To redeem, enter the gift card code at checkout or provide it when placing an order by email or phone.

Multiple gift cards may be used on a single order, and a gift card may be combined with other payment methods.

Taxes, shipping, and applicable fees will be calculated on the order total after the gift card and discounts are applied.

Note: Accessory items (such as end trims or LED channels) are sold only with compatible panel purchases, unless the customer already owns WoodEco panels.

4. Discounts & Promotions

When you redeem a WoodEco Gift Card, the best available discount or promotion at that time will be applied to your purchase.

Purchasing a gift card does not lock in or guarantee any specific discount, promotional level, or future sale price.

Promotional Benefit Validity

• Any enhanced promotional benefit associated with a gift card (such as a guaranteed discount level) is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
• After 12 months, the gift card remains fully redeemable at its full monetary face value, but standard pricing and current promotions will apply.

5. Stock Availability & Product Changes

A WoodEco Gift Card does not guarantee product availability or reserve specific items, colours, lengths, or finishes.

All redemptions are strictly subject to current stock availability.

If an item is out of stock or discontinued at the time of redemption, the card holder may:

• select another available product or colour,
• wait for restock (if planned), or
• apply the card value to any other eligible WoodEco product.

WoodEco may modify, update, or discontinue products, colours, finishes, or sizing options at any time without prior notice.

6. Validity Period

WoodEco Gift Cards do not expire. The stored monetary value remains valid indefinitely.

However:

• Promotional benefits associated with the gift card (including guaranteed discount levels or bonus value) are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• After 12 months, the card may still be used at full face value, but only the current available pricing and promotions will apply.

No monetary value will ever be forfeited due to expiry.

7. Non-Refundable / Final Sale

All gift card sales are final.

Gift cards cannot be:

• refunded or returned,
• exchanged for cash (except where required by Canadian law),
• reloaded or topped up, or
• applied to previous purchases.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Misused Codes

Treat your digital gift card like cash.

WoodEco is not responsible for lost, stolen, deleted, or misused codes, nor for unauthorized redemption.

With proof of purchase, WoodEco may attempt to assist, but replacement is not guaranteed.

10. Fraud, Abuse, or Unauthorized Use

WoodEco reserves the right to:

• refuse, suspend, or cancel a gift card,
• reject a transaction, or
• require an alternative payment method,

if fraud, misuse, illegal activity, or violation of these Terms & Conditions is suspected.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Canadian law:

WoodEco’s liability related to any gift card is limited to the original purchase value of that card.

WoodEco is not liable for:

• inability to purchase specific items due to stock changes, discontinuation, or limited availability,
• indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of a gift card, or
• delays in product availability, restocking, or shipping.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and applicable federal laws of Canada.

Any disputes relating to WoodEco Gift Cards shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta.

13. Changes to Terms

WoodEco may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.

Continued use of a gift card after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
