- Initiate Return Request: We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, you must email us at info@woodeco.ca within 14 days of your order being delivered, expressing your intention to return. Ensure that your email includes your order number and the tracking number for the return shipment. To qualify for a refund, this email must be sent within 21 days from the date your order was delivered. Please note that the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Ensure that your order is securely packaged in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Exclusions: Please note that samples are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Condition of Returned Items: To qualify for a full refund, your returned order must be in new, unused and resalable condition. It should not have any holes, marks, defects, or aftermarket alterations affecting its retail value. Used or damaged products are not eligible for a refund.
- Return Process: Once we receive your order at the provided return address and inspect it for damages or signs of use, a refund will be initiated. Please be aware that all returned products are subject to a 15% restocking and repackaging fee.
