Shipment
The prices stated on the product pages do not include tax.
The shipping costs are calculated upon checkout and are based on the total number of panels.
Panels are shipped in quantities of 1-4 in a box via Ground Shipping options available on the market. Samples are shipped via the best option available to your location.
Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Acheson AB, Canada.
We aim to process all of our orders within 1-3 business days from the time you place your order (excluding weekends and holidays).
Any possible delays or abnormal situations will be noted on the product page when ordering. You will receive an email notification with tracking information when your order has shipped.
The delivery time displayed at checkout (for example, 3-9 business days) is the estimated time from when the order is shipped to when it is delivered to you. This delivery time does not include handling time and is not guaranteed.
In the rare event that you do not receive notification that your order has shipped within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us and we will promptly provide you with an update.
How to check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us with a tracking number that you can use to check its status.
Please allow 48 hours from the time you receive this notification for tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within 10 business days of receiving your delivery confirmation email, please contact us at info@woodeco.ca with your name and order number and we will investigate it for you immediately.
Shipping rates, times and destinations
For all domestic (in-town) orders: A flat rate of $50 applies when ordering 1 – 3 panels, and orders of 4 panels or more are delivered free of charge.
Additionally, orders of 6 panels or more qualify for free shipping to other regions in Canada.
In addition, all orders of 6 or more panels are shipped free of charge to other regions of Canada. You need to apply the “SHIPFREE” Coupon Code at checkout. Coupon does not apply to discounted products and cannot be combined with other coupons.
Large orders
Orders containing 6 or more boxes will ship on a pallet via LTL, with curb-side delivery and a delivery appointment. The carrier will call you in advance to schedule a delivery appointment when it’s convenient for you. For orders of 6 boxes or more, Someone must be on site at the scheduled time to receive the shipment and bring the boxes inside. For orders 6 boxes or more please contact us before placing an order to specify details.
Orders in other provinces of Canada must reach out to us for accurate shipping quotes, thank you!

**IMPORTANT**
If you are tax exempt, please send your tax exemption form to info@woodeco.ca and your order for us to confirm your order. If you fail to send us tax exemption form before purchasing, we can not refund the taxes on your order.
